Responsible Business Campaign

We’ve been working closely with insurer NFU Mutual for a number of years. As a mutual, CSR is central to their brand, and they work incredibly hard to be a caring and responsible business. Historically, the only opportunity to highlight their CSR accomplishments was a simple four-page report launched during Responsible Business Week. They asked us to help them do more.

We immediately transformed the report – taking it from four pages to twelve, and filling it with engaging stories of real change that were happening as a result of NFU Mutual’s good work.

We also introduced an integrated campaign approach, bringing more of the stories to life across different channels to make more people aware of the good things NFU Mutual was involved in.

Photography has been crucial to conveying the human element that’s so important to NFU Mutual. We introduced a warmer, more authentic style that better captured the real moments and real people that are key to the brand.

Every year since, we’ve evolved the campaign further, and are helping to move CSR closer to the heart of NFU Mutual’s offer. For the first time, the report has also become a useful sales tool for the company’s agents, and is helping to bring more customers to the brand.
